INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place Oreos in a food processor.
- Pulse until the Oreo cookies are ground into fine crumbs.
- Place Oreo crumbs into a large mixing bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until Oreo crumbs and cream cheese are completely combine.
- Scoop out tablespoon size balls. I used a tablespoon size ice cream scooper, that way each pop will be the same size.
- Place scooped balls into a cookie sheet and place them in your fridge for about 20 min.
- Melt your candy melt of choice, and dip one end of a lollipop.
- Push the end of the lollipop stick into the center of an Oreo ball about 1/2 way through and place them back to your fridge to firm up the candy coating.
- Dip and coat hardened Oreo pops in candy melts and add some sprinkles. Push lollipop sticks into a foam block to dry. Now you are ready to enjoy this delicious bites of goodness!
