Oreo Pops

Ok, I have to confess that one of my debilities is my love for sweets. Yeah.. you know I have a sweet tooth. I'm the one who always brings dessert. My search for the best cake, cupcake, pie etc, etc... never ends because when I think I found a winner Whaala! another great recipe is knocking at my kitchen door. This time an Oreo pop recipe knocked at my door and I'm so excited to share it with you. I know you are gonna love how easy they are to make and the best part how yummy they are.

YOU WILL NEED:

1- 18 oz Oreo cookies package

1-8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Lollipop sticks

Candy melts- flavor and color of your
 choice

Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the Oreo cookies are ground into fine crumbs.
  3. Place Oreo crumbs into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add softened cream cheese and mix until Oreo crumbs and cream cheese are completely combine.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon size balls. I used a tablespoon size ice cream scooper, that way each pop will be the same size.
  6. Place scooped balls into a cookie sheet and place them in your fridge for about 20 min.
  7. Melt your candy melt of choice, and dip one end of a lollipop.
  8. Push the end of the lollipop stick into the center of an Oreo ball about 1/2 way through and place them back to your fridge to firm up the candy coating.
  9. Dip and coat hardened Oreo pops in candy melts and add some sprinkles. Push lollipop sticks into a foam block to dry. Now you are ready to enjoy this delicious bites of goodness!

Teacher Appreciation/ End of the Year

Today I want to share with you this cute teacher appreciation labels that I found at Tip Junkie. This labels are created by Melody Abrahamian of The Hip Momma's Journal. We all parents want to give some love to ours kid's teacher every end of the school year and adding this labels to a bag of cookies is a great option. I decided to bake some almond biscotti cookies which are my son's teacher favorite cookies, I put them inside a plastic bag and sealed them with the labels. My son's teacher was so happy with the present!!. What a better present than her favorite cookies.

This labels are FREE!. You can download them here

I did extra bags for the other teaches. They absolutely love it!
